Update on App Performance

Dear League Captains,

We wanted to take a moment to acknowledge and appreciate your patience over the past few weeks as we worked through the challenges with the app’s speed and performance. We know how frustrating these issues have been, and we truly appreciate your understanding while we collaborated with the developer to resolve them.

Thanks to a series of updates implemented over the past week, last night served as a crucial test run ahead of Thursday’s matches. We’re pleased to share that 200 matches successfully processed on Tuesday evening across the Rackemapp server, and initial tests indicate that the app is performing better than ever. Given the difficulties experienced last Tuesday and Thursday, these results strongly suggest that the improvements have done the trick.

Your patience and support throughout this process have been invaluable, and we’re excited about the enhanced experience moving forward. Please don’t hesitate to share any feedback, and we look forward to another great week of league play!
